Brochure progress

The work on the brochure is progressing very well and we should be taking delivery in early June. To organize the distribution of 20,000 brochures is a massive task for the volunteers running Artsweek, and we will be relying very much on your co-operation and help - so watch out for future emails nearer the time! Warwickshire County Council have offerred to get brochures to all of the libraries, but you will need to distribute to other locations in your immediate vicinity to get maximum exposure of the event. We will try to keep a back up stock and further details will follow in due course. The brochures will be packed in boxes of 60 and the intention is that each artist initially has one box.
