Artsweek 2010 is fast approaching !
Distribution plans went fairly well but some artists did not turn up to collect. Please don't ask us to deliver - we can't.
We do need your fullest co-operation to ensure maximum exposure of the event.
A4 posters and A5 flyers together with your venue sign have been sent with your brochures. Please get posters displayed as soon as possible.
60 brochures will be allocated to each artist (groups get more) for distribution and own use.
If you have any brochures that you will not use, please contact your co-ordinator or email us at admin@warwickshireartsweek.co.uk
We need to know where surplus brochures are as we may need to top up other venues.
If you want to download artsweek logo for your own publicity, a PDF file is on the website under ‘For Artists’
Publicity is being cranked up and you will start to see stories, news events etc in local press and publications.
The small group of volunteers have worked hard to get this far – the rest and the success is now very much up to you!
Your area co-ordinator will be in touch and will need your fullest support to get brochures and posters collected and displayed. They will also be able to suggest where to deliver brochures and to advise on places brochures will automatically be sent to.
All artists registered in the brochure have the opportunity to have a piece on show at the taster exhibitions at Rugby Floor One, Warwick Museum, Stratford Civic Centre. Please contact your area co-ordinator a.s.a.p as final arrangements are imminent.
North Warwickshire area had a very successful "Art in the Park" event last Sunday and an event at Atherstone.
